The judges are Lord Karan Bilimoria CBE, DL, founder of Cobra Beer and Chairman of the Cobra Beer Partnership Limited, Dr Nazia Khanum OBE, DL, management consultant and Director of Equality in Diversity, and technology expert Dr Zoe Mandich (bottom right), who has a wealth of international experience gained at major blue chip companies.
